Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, Zillow rates their machine opinions of approximate value with 2 stars out of 4.

Only 7.3% of the homes in that county on Zillow are without estimates.

29.8% of the homes sold are within 5% of the Zestimate prior to the sale
50% of the homes sold are within 10.1% of the Zestimate prior to the sale
70.7% of the homes sold are within 20% of the Zestimate prior to the sale

It is a "starting point" for evaluation.  It is not intended to be a definitive value.

They are used for tracking market trends and creating market indexes for the various regions.  The indices use the median of all the ownership unit estimates in the area, so the fluctuations and discrepancies of individual estimates cancel out.

The property may be on Zillow but the owner has not yet put the correct information in.  If you are the owner then you can sign in and add the details to your property.

Since Zillow's Zestimate Chart is not always accurate unless you live in L.A. http://www.zillow.com/howto/DataCoverageZestimateAccuracy.htm

I am jumping to a conclusion by thinking you are considering selling your property.  Therefore, I suggest that you interview three Realtors to list your home.  Ask them how they will market your property, how and how often will they communicate with you and let them know what price your research suggests you offer your home to the public.  You can also check the Tax records and see what the current market value is and then add 13% to 17% for expected cost of sale (this includes commission, repairs and getting the house in condition to sell.)

If you set a "make me move" by clicking on your user name to get to your profile page, and then clicking "listings" in the left margin, and then "create a listing" in the left margin, and then "make me move", and setting a price and giving info to confirm it is your property..., you will create a "home details page".

The system may or may not be able to find the county record data for it, depending on if the data provider company  for that area provided it.  Once you have the home details page, you can remove the "make me move" if you don't want to use that feature.

Zillow calculates estimates 3 times a week; but for owner/agent provided data, there is a delay.  So you may not get an estimate right away, but should get one eventually.

Zillow also offers a "my estimate" feature, but that is temporarily unavailable as the programmers are working on some revisions for it.

It should be available again in a few months.

In the meantime, for a quick check on the possible value, try:
homesand.net
and
realquest.com express

(Homesand.net uses Zillow data, so if your home details are not on the site, it may not be able to give you an estimate either.  It does not use Zillow's estimate though; it does a comp estimate method).

Did you type in the address and it was not found? Confused.

If you want to give me an address I could give you a range of what I would think it would sell for (considering how I would not know the condition of the property).
