It's really very easy, just go to the home page and put in your property address and certain information will come up, including Zillow's estimate of your property value.
Keep in mind however, that it's a computer generated number that uses homes sold within a geographic radius of yours. If you're in Canal Pointe or Windsor Ponds, it could include single family homes and or condos which should not be included. I find the number to be a good guide, but by no means accurate. For instance it doesn't take into account your upgrades, location with the community, etc. For a more accurate picture, please feel free to contact me via e-mail or my web site, EllenCalmanHomes.com

Zillow does not give appraisals, but they do have an estimate of value. You can go here type your address in the "Find Homes" box at the top of the page and hit the blue GO button. If Zillow has your house, a map will pop up. Click on the address for more info including recently sold comps in your area. They have a video about the Zestimate and lots of other helpful links here.
If you need a more specific idea of current value you can also call a local realtor to do a CMA for you or hire an appraiser. Hope the links help.
