The links below are to a property that is on Zillow, but NOT for sale. The information is simply from the Zillow database.

I looked at the link you posted. That is not an ad. It is just a home page that was created at some point either by an agent/company called NRT California and the listing ad itself was removed 7/2009.
There is actually another home page for that address here that was the original one on Zillow. If you are owner, you can claim your house on that second page with the Zestimate and flag the other page that was created by NRT. Zillow will remove the extra home page. You can also edit/ remove the old listing description from the agent once you claim your house.

I think that the agents listed on the side of the home page are agents that have some kind of an advertising package with Zillow. Sometimes the listing agent is in that list other times they're not and they are in the bottom listings section near that "provided by" link.

what about at the bottom or side of the ads shows "
Request a free professional estimate" ? it doesn't look like it's the listing person because this "Request a free professional estimate" shows up in many different ads... it's very confusing...

I'm not sure which ads you are talking about. If they are for houses for sale, the person/company listing them should be at the very bottom of the page next to the link "listing provided by".
If you mean the ads on the side of the page, I don't know, but maybe someone in Zillow's ad department here might. Foreclosure.com and Zillow are two different companies. You would have to contact foreclosure.com directly here to cancel whatever deals with them.

Would also love the above info...
Tried forclosure.com a number of forums have suggested it is very difficult to cancel once you have joined...

How to get hold of the person who posted the ads in Zillow?
