I do not know of a way to hide home photos on Zillow. If they are satellite or street shot photos, you can replace them with you own of the house, a view or ?
If they are interior photos that were added in the past and you are the new owner, you can save them to your desktop, delete them on Zillow and repost them when you choose, but I don't think there is a "private" setting for them.
