How to increase Zestimate amount?

Our home was flooded and down to stud walls and floor joists last december. Now, in August it's totally new with tile, carpets, four new bathrooms, totally new kitchen with granite counter tops, etc. It's a 3000 sq. ft. six bedroom house and the zestimate is pulling comparables on 2 bd. 1000 sq. ft. old houses in the neighborhood. How do we raise our zestimate amount?

One thing to try is typing in your address and "claiming" your house. Once you are confirmed as the owner you can make corrections to the homes information. This might help. Kevin
