How to programmatically submit listing feed?

I want to submit xml listing feeds in a programmatic way. I read the Zillow Broker Feeds Technical Spec and browsed the API Network. But I didn't find an API telling me how to submit my feed in program. Is there an API for posting feed, but not getting data. Thanks!

Matt thank you for your inquiry, please goto the following link and click the "Submit your listings feed" feed button.  Once you have completed the online form send a note to feeds@zillow.com notifying us that you have completed the submission process.  Once that is done I will be able to start integrating your feed.
