How to prove you pay your rent on time.

Wondering how you could prove you pay your rent on time when the landlord will only accept cash and does not want to write a letter stating its paid on time. It is withdrawn from a checking account every month.

Depending upon the loan program, you may or may not be required to provide proof of rent.  If you are required, then you could produce the rent receipts from your landlord.  It may also be needed to show the cash being withdrawn from your account monthly through your bank statements.
Good luck.

Yes, that makes sense. To answer your original question - when somebody is asking for proof, you need to find out from THEM what they would consider proof.

You have all the receipts, are these not accepted by the lender?

She wants me to stay in the home. She said she didn't expect me to move only a year after renting. Shes not very happy but I have all receipts she wrote showing the full amont paid every month. I'm just tired of paying so much in rent when I know I'd pay half as much owning.

This is a peril of participating in the underground economy, Y. I suggest you ask your loan rep.

You could write a letter of explanation, along with your rental agreement and attempt to print out your last 12 month bank statements showing that exact amount comes out of your account every month?  Have your loan officer contact your land lord . . .

Why won't the landlord write a letter?
