Find an agent that totally understands the FHA 203K program and/or start with a 203K specialist in your area. I believe Andrew (his last name escapes me!! he is a frequent Zillow contributor) does them in PA...and he has tons and tons of knowledge. The 203K is a rehab loan that will enable your buyers to update and customize the home to their preferences.

You need an energetic realtor who is dedicated to marketing your property. Pick a Premier agent from Zillow who comes up in your zip code. How to sell a house as-is.
I had to relocate two hours away from pottsville and can only come to show the home and try to sell it all cash. Who do i contact in the area to help me sell >?? will a real estate company laugh at me.?
