speaking of dogs...............I had 2 miniature schnauzers named Nikki & Buffy (they were preppy pups).........you would have liked them Wetdawgs.....besides being sweet ....they were particularly adept at sleeping and eating milkbones!

Sometimes (probably most of the time) you can't, and you accept that it's just part of the experience called the internet.
Otherwise....
Follow up quickly - don't give trite cliches as answers...and pray that it is a sincere lead in the first place.

Hi Bob: While it is labelled "Pro-to-Pro", it isn't hidden from the general consumer dawgs of the world (the category I fall into). I am not aware if Zillow has private folders in their Advice section. If there are private folders, they are way too secret for me to know about!
Did you respond because it came in your E-mail? Perhaps that is because it was put in Yorba Linda. I can see it just from snuffling around the board in the most recent posts.

It's not agent to agent. It's pro to pro. It's in the list to the left of the thread. This is an open house, Bob. Public, you could say. Zillow monitors the content for Spam, but that's about all. You can talk about your dog if you want. Mostly consumer questions, REA's spouting NAR myths blogstyle (frowned upon), and a plethora of Housing questions.

I did notice that, Dawgs, but have never noticed such a forum before. I guess, as an agent, I must be signed up for such questions. Just never noticed there was such a section before.
It begs the question, how are YOU aware of the thread, if it is truly agent to agent? I know Activerain has their "private" section, supposedly devoted only to agents, and have seen some of those released to the public. ( With embarrassing results to some of the participants.)

Chris, I notice that you've asked other questions - like this one - as if this was an agent to agent forum. Forgive me if I'm speaking out of turn, but in my humble opinion, this is a forum for buyers and sellers ( And landlords and tenants.) to ask Realtors about THEIR real estate situations.
I'm sure that not one of them cares about how you'll turn them into "leads".
Such questions might be more appropriate for an agent to agent forum, such as Activerain. Just sayin....
