How to up the Zestimate Price of my home?

I bought a forclosed home at a reduced price and have put a lot of improvements and money into the property.  How can I get the Zestimate price to reflect the improvements?

Thank you.

Since no bank, appraiser, or Realtor uses the Zestimate for valuing a home. I wouldn't loose any sleep over it. The Zestimate is right some times, but wrong most times be it high or low. You may want to focus on the old saying "It's better to have the worst house in a good neighborhood, than the best house in a bad neighborhood." If you bought the house cheap, in a good neighborhood, then renovated it to be comparable to the homes around you. When you go to sell it, the Zestimate will figure it's self out. Nobody should be bringing up a Zestimate value in negotiations. At least not in my area, maybe the same isn't true everywhere.

Locate your property on Zillow and take the time to change/update the information on the property.  You can go into great deal with the improvements and upgrades that you have done...it will make a difference!

Actions an owner can take are described in "What is a Zestimate?"  All else being equal, a low sales price tends to skew the Zestimate downward for some time.
