How up to date are the "Bird's Eye" views offered on your website?

I was checking out the availability of a condo in the city of South Euclid, called Mayflower Condos. There is one condo listed, but the arial view shows more than one. At the same view, the value of homes are listed with the arrows pointing at them. Also visible are the commerical areas immediately surrounding the condos, but the views of these commercial areas are very much out of date, leaving me to wonder about the hme values that are shown. Please explain.

Bird's eye view photos are obtained from third party data providers.   Some are within a year or two, some are more than six years old.   Zillow can't change these by request.      Zillow does not use photo records for determining home values.
