How would I know what the actual value of my home with a FHA loan?

The mortgage company tells me that my home through Fannie Mae is valued at $192,000. With today's market that seems to be too high. Can you tell me what Fannie Maes value is on 12 Park Circle, Mount Marion, NY? Why is the value difference is a wide margin?

The best way to get the actual value of a home is to have it professional appriased.  You can also get some local Realtors to do a CMA which will give you their opinion on what your home would sell for it today's real estate market.
