How would I structure a contingent offer?I'm very interested in a house, but I haven't sold my house yet (or even listed it yet!). If I were considering making an offer contingent on the sale of my house, how does that work? Do I set a particular price for the sale of my house, and a deadline? More generally, how are offers that are contingent on the sale of your house structured?
