If the comps are valid and the details of the appraisal are correct, you may be out of luck. Market value is determined both by how much a buyer will pay and about how much the bank will loan them. You can present better matched comps and ask for a review of the appraisal in writing, but I believe that the new rules under HVCC require that you have a specific beef with the first appraisal other than price.
