My company, Ludella Investments, has programs to assist persons who want to sell distressed properties or sell properties in distressed markets.
We buy houses you can't sell and see houses you can't buy.
Please call if we can be of service. We even buy properties that are upside down.

Call a Realtor (R) and list it for sale, and you will probably see it on Zillow soon!
Or, if you are doing a For Sale By Owner (FSBO), Take pictures (lots of them), Get a note pad and write down all that the property offers, AND all of it's faults. Price it right! Don't expect more than it is worth or it will never sell! Write an honest description of it that "sells it," and start clicking around in Zillow, uploading the pictures, and typing the details until you are satisfied that you represented the property honestly. Have a friend or neighbor look it over and ask for their honest opinion. Type the web address where others can find it on Zillow on a flyer, or poster, with a front door picture and a couple of other pictures and start stomping the pavement in your neighborhood to get the word out, "Condo For Sale!"
