thanks for the help - it's sorrowful that the zillow estimate or zestimate does not properly reflect a fair market value for newer homes - It is understood that zillow isn't able to see the quality of every home and they can't possibly know what each neighborhood is like to make your comparisons better than they are presently -- just one problem with only being able to see things online - I would suggest that no one buys anything as important as their personal residence sight unseen
