I'm a broker and have a house listed in the MLS and it's not showing up on the map search

Our company uploads information to zillow daily and or some reason our new construction home in a development is not showing up. In fact there are several homes for sale in the same neighborhood, and only one of them shows up on a map search, no matter how wide the paramters are. Why is this happening? I have a builder who is very anxious to sell this house and we are getting very frustrated with the service from zillow.com
