The general Walnut Village area runs all the way from the East near Jeffrey to the West near Havard and there are some older condo communities on the east side (lower prices, no Mello Roos) and newer communities (newer but higher prices and some have Mello Roos) on the West side. If you'd like to tell me a little more about specifically where you are looking, I'd be happy to share some of the pros and cons.

I'm considering a condo in Walnut Village. What's the bad and the good?
