I'm interested but asking price does not reflect the actual living space. Is settling an option?

I recently began to look for a home where I can raise my children and not have to worry about limited space. This home has enough property but the living space is extremely limited for a family of five. The houses around your area are priced considerably less with more living space. The reason I am interested in your property is because it will grant me the freedom to add living space to accommodate the size of my family. Unfortunately I do not have the financial means to both buy your listed property and build to accommodate my family. My price range is limited but I am willing to offer 590,000.00.

I truly understand your concerns, however, I am unable to drop my price that much. I have lowered the price recently to 889,900. The property is zoned RAK! which is agricultural and horse property zoned so I am afraid that is as low as I can go.

Thanks for your inqquiry. The house is small approx 1100 sq ft, but could easily be added onto. It has been upgraded recently and there is a lot of property including the barns and arenas.
