I'd like to put 5% down on a $200,000 residential home loan, fixed mortgage, probably 30 years. I have good to great credit. Also its my first home purchase. Will I Qualify for the $8000 first time home government grant?  What interest rate will I be able to get?  What banks deal with 4-family primary residence? I currently live in the building.
