Hi Terry  I suggest that you contact a buyer agent who specializes in multifamilies, that is any property that is not a single family dwelling.  Good luck!

In addition to the local MLS and licensed brokers, I'd add some web resources:

Loopnet
CoStar
....and the sites of the firms that tend to have a lot of listings, like Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors, Unique Properties, and Marcus Millichap

....I have been looking myself, and can tell you to be prepared for a real seller's market right now.....not the buyer's market you might be used to in the typical residential arena

Good luck!

Are you looking for duplexes or four-plexes?  What state(s)?

Most searches on Real Estate sites you can use the word "Multiunit" and it should bring up duplexes and above. You can also search for "Apartment Buildings" as well.
I can help if you'd like.

As an agent and investor I access them through MLS. I would suggest working through a real estate agent especially on a multi family purchase. You might be able to find listings through brokers websites or on loopnet.com. Good luck with the search.
