Samantha,
I have a great business for lease with an option in Janesville.
The traffic is 92000 cars a week pass this location.
Very visible ~ 1500sq ft plus room to grow. The whole block is owned by this seller!! What more info?

Hi Samantha,

I know the market is different in Janesville, WI than here in PA.  Yet there are simularities to all markets and that is.  When a home sets on the market an extended amount of time, they become open to more options.  So do just limit yourself to those who advertise "lease to Own."  If a home is for sale their is always the option of putting in an offer as "lease to Own."  Sometimes with I larger down payment they do accept.

Hope this helps.
