I have a crazy landlord named Scott L  Sholes, we have been  renting this house for 8 months. There are 23 health code violations on this house. We stopped rent, due to in adequate heat, and no garbage detail, and the FACT HE WONT EVEN TELL US IF HE OWNS THIS HOUSE, OR IF IT'S IN FOR CLOSER. jUST WANT THE TRUTH THANKS THE McClellan'S  ADDRESS: 7958 SW 46Th Ave  Portland , Or 97219

I would try the Multnomah County Assessor here. They should be able to give you the owners current billing address and name or direct you to the office that has the most current info.

Both agents are correct. You would need to check your county office to know the ownership of the property you are renting. Currently, the house is not posted as foreclosure in Zillow.

The owner of the property is public record.  He is the owner of the property.  You may want to check with the State of Oregon regarding tenant rights... here's  link.
