Comps, particularly SOLD comps, could be near nonexistant on sites such as zillow because some MLS systems do not report SOLD prices. Thus, the prior advice to consult a Realtor is well founded. I would think that most Realtors would be happy not only to provide your with sold, pending, and active comps with no string attached. Most would be happy to provide a full, sight seen or unseen, market analysis. Sight unseen analysis are worthless for most applications.
In my location, SOLD data was shared with tax entities (they had accounts on our MLS) but that priviledge was terminated a few years ago due to abuse of the data. So it follows that data available to zillow and other businesses, at this locale, would be short on quality. Smart people can gleen information where is is none but not many peole are that smart.

Contact a Realtor. Any agent would be happy to help you out. Are you looking to sell your home?

Send me an email at David.Monsour@gmail.com and I'd be happy to send comps.
Sometimes zillow doesn't have enough sales in the same price range or size to generate comps for houses.
I'm trying to get information re comps in my area, but all that appears is information re Pitsburg.
