I've had clients tell me they submitted a review for me but the review never posts. Why is that?

At the moment you have 12 reviews showing. 

There are several possibilities for a review not appearing:

1.  Patience.  It can take up to 7 days.

2.  Rejection - the reviewer should get response that the review was rejected if it is rejected.   There are some guidelines in the FAQs that must be met.
