Yes, your agent is supposed to let you know why your offers are being rejected.  Sounds like a pattern...either your agent is doing something wrong (although helping you to write ten intelligently prepared offers at least says he's showing up) or you're pursuing properties in an unobtainable way, or both.

If you are preapproved to purchase with the numbers you are offering and you have a competant agent then your strategy might be wrong. Are you bidding on only foreclosures? If all of your offers are well below asking price then I can see your situation as possible. Hopefully you are giving a set time for response from sellers and not making multiple offers at one time that could be  endangering your earnest money. The only time I have ever seen this happen(10 times) was an investor who offered 30-40% of asking price and waited till someone was desperate enough for their prices. None were. Best of luck to you.

Are you absolutely sure they were refused?
You see by the advise thus far, you should be informed. Perhaps, for a little different slant, let's say half your offers are still under consideration,  

What are you going to do if 4 or 5 of your offers suddenly come back ACCEPTED?

You need to press your Agent for answers, or get a new Agent you don't have to press for answers.

Sounds to me like a good market for
Buyer to Seller  (B2S) Collaberation Software 
That would do the trick..LOL!

Pretty much would make sure all offers are que'd up!
Too bad im in Accounting and not programming!
