I'm a broker and have a home listed at 9355 W. Gull Lake Drive in Richland Michigan.

The list price should be $339,000.00 but it is in at $180,000.00 if it is in at all.  It gets put in through our epropertysites.com relationship but I don't believe it is in now or is inaccurate.  Please update and change this list price to $339,000.00 ASAP
Thanks!!

At the moment it appears that there is no active feed from eproperties  for the address, therefore, you have to activate the feed from the feed end.   Of course, please remember with feeds that they tend to refresh ~ 24 h  so if you've made a number of changes at eproperties today, then it may not reflect on Zillow yet.     The feed source is key in this, the changes you make on Zillow aren't on the feed source and it may overwrite some of the changes here.

I don't know eproperties, so don't know how to activate it from eproperties.  If all the appropriate buttons are pushed on the eproperties site, and it doesn't appear on Zillow within 24 h, then I'll flag your post for the attention of the listing feed troubleshooting folks at Zillow.

My listings are all fed to zillow through epropertysites.com.  This property was sold for $180k a few months ago but now it is a new listing, completely upgraded and now for sale for $339k.  The photo's have been updated but not the price.  I've attempted to change it by following the zillow rules but can't do it.  The listing is 9355 W. Gull Lake Drive Richland, Michigan 49083 SWMRIC MLS# 11055029
Please advise.

Hi Jeff:

Welcome to Zillow.

The property isn't showing that it is for sale on Zillow, but instead shows a recently sold price of $180k.

If it were for sale, you could  trace this backwards to figure out where the wrong price is coming from by clicking on the home details page, scrolling to the very bottom of the page and looking for the listing source.   There will be a blue link, click on it and you've most likely found the problem.   The number needs to be corrected at the source.

So, the first step is to get your listing feed to be feeding a listing to Zillow.
