The key ingredient in selling a home at a very attractive price is to hire a professional person who can expose your home to a very broad audience of pre-qualified buyers and one who has outstanding negotiating skills so that she/he can match the buyer to the property.  That is what gets results!

I do not discourage against For Sale By Owners, but in your best interest you should hire a Realtor get the transaction done properly and efficiently.

I surely can help, if you have your home in Florida, but let me ask you something, Why would you like to list your home for sell by owner? If you contact a Real Estate agent you could receive even more money, because he will know the market facts and the property trends, but most important is that a Real Estate Agent could avoid future problems, errors or omissions, that could be very uncomfortable and sometimes expensive. I suggest you to look for a professional, but in case you decide to list it by yourself let me know and I will try to suggest some ways that you could use, in case you are in Florida.

In this day and age it is very hard to market a home without a Realtor. There are several companies that can help like MLS4Owners.com, Owners.com and there are a lot of discount agencies like Redfin.com that can save you money. The problem you will run into is most Buyer's need and want an Agent and the Seller's all pay those fees. A good Realtor should be able to cover his commissions in the value and price they are listing a property for. Bottom-line is you get what you pay for!!
