I'm interested in selling my home..it's off Imperial on a "cul de sac" (ie a dead end)...

It was built in the 20's, so is basically a tear down based on what i've seen around town so not wasting money on a broker...any advice on what home builders to contact directly? SIR built my neighbors' home, which is very nice.   I've also seen houses by Milton...thx

Hi,

Your question is a valid one.

I work with multiple builders in the area who might be interested in your property. They would be willing to compensate me directly if they purchased your property, meaning no real estate fees to you.

Feel free to email me or give me a call.  You can click on my name to find my contact info.

Sincerely,

Todd

Hi--We are real estate brokers in Westport. Just want to say that you won't be wasting money dealing with a broker. Don't assume you'll get a better price dealing direct---and there are so many things about selling that a layman doesn't understand. Anyway--if you want our help, let me know.Mary Ann Laurita, Prudential CT Realty

Yes, you would not be wasting money by getting a broker.
