I DO NOT LIKE THE WAY YOU DO NOT LIST THE SELLING PRICE FOR THE HOMES ON THE FRONT LISTING PAGE.

YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON EACH HOUSE TO GET THE PRICE.  IT TAKES TOO LONG.

I agree. Some agents want to have your info fist-
sorry, maybe you should tell that agent.

If it is listed by Foreclosure.com; it is not for sale.  What Foreclosure.com is selling is a subscription to their data for $50 per month; nothing else.  They have no listing agreements to sell any homes.

And reporting your objection to Zillow will not help; you need to complain to Foreclosure.com; but that won't help either as they show the houses to sell you the data subscription.

The best that you can do is every time you see one of these, use the "edit" tab, and the "report a problem", and indicate that it is not for sale as there is no price (and possibly no address either).  They have hundreds of thousands of those false listings on this site.  I think the should be banned from listing, but Zillow has a financial arrangement of some kind with them, so they won't be banned.

It depends on the agent.  Some are smart enough to give as much information as possible to facillitate your determining whether the property is appropriate.  Some think holding back info will make their phones ring for the additional information.

I err towards the former.  The only information I withhold is the street address.  If everything else about the house excites you, then I would like the opportunity to introduce you to the property myself.  If you are working with another agent worth the ink on their license, then you may have already seen it or are scheduled to see it.  I am looking for the unrepresented buyer, not someone else's hard-earned client.

Not sure what you mean.  The sales price is noted in the search results, so you can see it without clicking in.

I agree, I post all info on my website including price, address and anything else. I see alot of agents make the browser sign up before getting this info but I do not work this way. Give the buyers what they want, OR, they will go elsewhere!!
