It's true, it's true! It's a horseman's dream as well. Lots of big trainers in the area and convenient to all the big shows. If you're looking for a horse farm, look me up. I encourage you to browse my profile or browse my site at http://www.TemeculaHorseProperty.com. Temecula is an old-time western town complete with the shoot-outs on Main Street. Do like the ExMortgageBroker says and come visit, but be quiet about it as Kathleen suggested, lol. Have fun and be sure to take a balloon ride and go on a wine tasting tour. -Beth Barbour, Realtor

We love it too. We get to come, drink great wine, balloon and then go home to recover. The commute is a bear for those of us who live elsewhere, but what the hay..........get it...hay....?

they'll be givin houses away for free in temecula soon. whatever you do dont buy yet. bottom is not till next year. not one indicator is on the upswing. UNEMPLOYMENT, FORECLOSURES, CONSUMER INDEX are at all time low and things are only going to get worse.

The very first time my family and I visited Temecula was in 2003 to visit family. I fell in love with the city and new it would continue to grow. We moved away for six years and in April 2009, moved back to San Diego...Thank God! At this time, we are currently renting and our lease will end in April 2010. We are debating whether to continue renting in San Diego or to purchase a home in Temecula. To purchase a home in San Diego is kinda not within our budget and if we continue to rent here, it will be the cost of mortgage. We have a 9 & 3 yr. old son and daughter and would like to offer them stability. I am a homemaker and my husband works in Kearny Mesa of San Diego, so that's the only con that we have if moving to Temecula. Otherwise, schools, shops, grocery stores, etc. are all there and it's very family oriented. I love Temecula!:) What should we do???
