Hi argil-
You can do this a few ways.
You can search for an area and choose "recently sold" (yellow icon) on the left hand side. This will bring up a map with recently sold in the area. You can filter the search results to homes similar to the one you want comps for.
You can search for the home in question on Zillow and go into the detailed pages about it. From the Overview page, on the right hand side you will see "Nearby Similar Sales". This will show homes recently sold in the area that are similar. You can also sign up for an email that will be sent when homes similar to this go on the market.
