I NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent an email to Alex Pickering my account manager, I sent an email to customer service both asking that my account be cancelled.  After I got no response to either, I went into my account last week and cancelled my subscription online.  Monday my credit card was charged again.  I want that money credited back to my American Express card and I want my account cancelled immediately.  I want someone to call me to confirm this had been done.  I'm fed up with no response.
