This seems easy enough, but I am having difficulties because I keep getting an error message stating that my sale date (8/31/09) is earlier than the listing date, which Zillow says is 9/12/09. Ironic, considering that the days on Zillow number is 215!!!
Hi Linda-
Your account shows that you have no listing. Do you have another Zillow account with a different e-mail address that you might have used in posting the home for sale? If yes, you may try logging in using that e-mail so that you can have access to the listing. Once you have access to the listing, here are the steps to edit the listing status:
1. Go to http://www.zillow.com.
2. Log in with your e-mail address and password.
3. On the Home Details page of the property, click on "Edit Status".
4. Select the reason for taking it down (sold, pending offer, no longer for sale).
5. Click on âCreate Your Listing".
