Here are the steps to do so:
1. Log in to your account on Zillow and pull up the property address.
2. On the home details page, go to "For sale by agent" section and click on 'Flag listing".
3. Click on "Dispute listing agent" and choose the reason for taking over the listing.
4. Then enter the sale price, listing website and MLS # of the property and hit on "create your listing".
