Seem like Zillow has no house size and lot size information on your house, claim your home on Zillow and edit the missing details, which may affect the Zestimate.

THese zillow estimates are just that............estimates....... based on 3rd party information that is often incomplete/inaccurate. Don't worry too much about it because buyers never refer to it when writing offers. Only a few folks trying to sell seem to care.

Zillow redid its algorithm a month or so ago, and that generally lowered all the numbers.
However, it's very, very likely that your home actually has fallen substantially in value. You're talking about 2-1/2 years in the biggest market drop ever. I know plenty of areas where houses have legtimately declined that much.
As for why your home is the lowest "appraised" one in your neighborhood, that probably has to do with your lot size, house size, etc.
