I am a RE Agent. How do I remove a hs. I sold 1 Yr.ago from appearing as For Sale on your site?

I sold a house to a client over 1 yr ago. He came in today upset as he is still getting calls from strangers who are seeing his home on Zillow as For Sale. It is bothersome as you can imagin. He was told only the Listing Agent can remove the house from your site! Please advise.

Have you opened the property details page?  Sometimes the "for sale" status remains in one of the listing feeds.    You'll find "listing source" way at the bottom of the property details page.  Click on it and see what you find.  That might give a clue on how to remove it.
