I have had seller's write notes on my active listings to describe their neighborhood or specific improvements before. You are able to add additional photos to your listing to point out some of the features or improvements that your seller is wanting to showcase.
Good luck!

As far as I've ever known on Zillow, only the claimant of the property, or someone who has access to the claimant's account with Zillow can enter changes and updates. However, years ago there were some strange going ons that were later fixed.

My seller wants access to their house to enter specific data. I must not of asked the question correctly, it's not that I don't want to enter the data my seller wants to have access to their house while its on the market as well as me updating data.
Thanks for your input.

.... and hopefully beautifully a spelled description as well. Unlike my previous post.
Karla, to your last post, what's keeping you from getting it via email? In creating an estimate, you're allowed to enter the dollar cost of the improvements, however the credit gven by Zillow for those improvements certainly will be far less than dollar for dollar.

It would seem to me that as the seller's REALTOR®, you would have control of the listing. IMHO, you should get all the info, and enter it for your client with an updated beatifully worded description, as only a REALTOR® that is worth the commission can do.
