I get alot of calls for buyers side agent from people who want to know that i am here tro work for them and there interest,For example if it were not for me a home that came on the market in the South Beach,Oregon at my buyers price and i let her know it, without me it would'nt have happend that she got what she wanted...Pacific City is a  mecca from all of the reviews that facebook guest have to say...

It is definitely important to have a buy side agent working with you as you search for your new home.  The agent will be there to keep your best interest in mind and help find and negotiate your new home.  Here in Chicago the fees for the buy side agent are almost always covered by the seller so it is a win-win situation for the buyer.
