As Neil said below, you as the owner can "claim" the property & update all the facts. It does take quite a bit of time for this to affect your Zestimat, if at all.

Hi RP -
You can edit the home information by claiming the house. You can claim it by going to the home details page and hover over the "Edit" option and click on "Claim your home". Once claimed, you can again hover over the "Edit" option and click on "Edit home facts".
Thank you.

I am a homeowner and noticed some of the info regarding my home is incorrect?
Is there someone or something I need to do on my end to get this corrected. The info on my home states the house is 4 bedrooms and 1 bath, updates have been made and we have added a full bath. The info needs to be updated to reflect that I own a 4 bedroom 2 bath home.
Thanks,
RP
