I am a local Investor looking to put a team together od a Real Estate Agent for my deals, motavated

I need a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to manage the Deals I plan to make must be willing to put in low offers and does not bother him or her to lowball other Agents,  We will look for a Real Estate Lawyer, a Mortgage Broker and a motivated Title Agent. Must have  knowledge of the central coast.

work with agents who are experienced in this niche. I buy for all my investor clients at trustee sale.

Don't waste your time with a buyer's agent.  If you want your deal to be 1st in line and have this highest probability of being accepted then contact the listing agents directly...let them double end the deals.  This gives them more motivation to close your deal.

I do this all the time...and I usually get the houses I want.

I buy about 2 houses a month and then rent them all under Section-8.
