If it is on the MLS I don't think it can be deleted.  I think the feed will repopulate the listing even after it is deleted.  Why do they want the listing removed?

Hi there
simply log in to Zillow,
Go to your profile, and once your in your profile go to listings,
once your listings populate, click the listing you would like to change or delete in this case.
Once your in the listing, go to edit and click the option that says delete. You can also do this directly from postlets.com but sometimes the listings go stale when trying to delete them that way and it takes longer but it is also another option.
Hope that helped

Hey Saso:   Have you noticed that you are answering questions that are more than a year old?   Although Zillow tells you to get your local expert badge by answering local questions, potential clients scratch their heads in puzzlement about timeliness when the questions aren't given timely answers (i.e. you do yourself a disservice by pulling up all the old local questions)

Here's a link to an excellent post on building your professional reputation by participating in advice.   (The contributor's posts tend to be very high caliber.)
