My listings all go in from various sources. They are picked up from local Real Estate book, REMAX web site, Visual tour etc.
You might want to see what other sites you put your listings on to see if you can elect to have them exported to Zillow. I do not pay anything at all.

Mike, we're just adding this info on Postlets Pro as a method. While a great thing in the works, the clickable links are not clickable on many sites (against the rules), so make sure the postlet is going to be what you need, especially when deciding to pay for it. The way the postlet appears when you make it can be very different from when you actually post it in places.

Oh, I forgot one more option.
4) If you have the technical capability, you can send us a xml feed of your listings at no cost. More info at www.zillowfeeds.com.

Hey Mike -
You have a couple of choices:
1) As others have already said, you can manaully input a listing for $39.99 and feature it on the site.
2) It is free to send us listings via a feed. As managing broker I would check with your MLS to see if they don't have a relationship with Listhub (I am 99% sure they do) and then you can syndicate with a click of a button.
3) There are many synidcation services you can use, costs vary from free to a small amount, such as postlets or vflyer.

All below is correct, but here is another method.
www.postlets.com
Free to use
Try Postlets PRO.
Just $10 or less
It will post to Zillow, but I use the $39.99 Zillow Showcase, it is well worth it.
Good Luck!
