are you trying to upload everyone's listings through a feed...or just yours?
brokers capture leads by using a feed for everyone's listings even the ones that aren't theirs so they can make 50% of the deal on the newbies...
I would venture so far to say that brokers believe agents are dummies...why else would an agent give up 50% of the commission when the agent does all the work

To post your listings for sale, you can search for the address of the home you are listing. When the right property shows up, you can click on the link, which gives you the property overview. On that page, there is a link to post it for sale/rent. Make sure to choose the option to post for sale as the "Listing Agent" and not the "Owner." I believe it costs $1 to post a property for sale on Zillow. Anyway, I hope this helps you.

Here is a link to the FAQ on broker feeds. Perhaps that can get you started.
Here is also a link to the broker advertising section of this site.
