stay inactive. If you don't want to commission from representation of buyers and sellers and you don't need MLS - you don't need a broker.
License disclosure still required though.

Let's see, no picture, fake name, no address, no phone, no email, and you want to do some business. No kidding?

John:
In most states attorneys get real estate training and are licensed and many are non-Realtors. I would reach out to them. Another way to go is to contact some commercial real estate shops as most of them do not become Realtors either. Personally, the Realtor brand is so powerful that I would spend the money on the nominal fees and get after it, but that is just me. Best .

John,
Welcome to the industry (and Zillow advice). Some non-traditional real estate business models that may be of interest to you to investigate, include RedFin and ZipRealty. I'm not deeply familiar with associated fees or the commission split, but these are lower-cost solutions.

John: If you sell a property listed by a REALTOR how will you collect the commission? Regards,
Go to craigslist and post the request. I sometimes agree with some of the things you say.

Contributions:1for a non-realtor real estate brokerage to hang my license with, I am
a former investor with considerable contacts and also do a lot of
networking on the social sites, plan to specialize in investment properties,
which I have bought and sold in the past. At this point, do not have
any need for NAR,FAR,AND NEMLS and it's ridiculous fees. I am just looking
to get started, without having to go deep in the hole. If anyone knows
of any good NON-NAR BROKERS IN my area, please pass them along, your help
will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
