Ed,
It does appear that you are a registered agent on zillow as I just clicked on your profile. You may want to upload a photo & flesh out your profile a little bit more to take full advantage of the site.

You also can decide if you want to pay a monthly "premier agent" fee. This increases your exposure on the site & allow you to feature your active listings. I have be very pleased with Zillow & have had a number of closings because of my participation.
