How do we adjust this advertisement to show the value and the new home
which is 3,000 feet and a brand new home?? Please advise you have the
wrong info and have this as built in 1972 that was the old house.

Hi Bill -

I agree with Sharon that you need to update this in your county office. While waiting for it, you can update your home facts. You can edit the home information by claiming the house. You can claim it by going to the home details page and hover over the "Edit" option and click on "Claim your house". Once claimed, you can again hover over the "Edit" option and click on "Edit home facts".

Zillow takes their information from public records, check your local records to make sure they reflect the new home. Are you considering selling? You can also 'claim' your home, top right, under My Zillow and tweak things that way. I will also flag this for a Zillowista to look at it to try to help you.
