I would contact the Title Co that is handling your transaction.  Your agent should be able to put you in touch with them.

Your buyer agent can put you in touch with a title company and they can do a preliminary HUD which will cover the closing costs

Your transaction processor will know the details all the transaction taxes, fees , etc. These are normally locally dictated by local laws.

Are you not working with an agent that can give you that information? If not contact the title company that is handling the closing, they can give you that total

Title will let you know what is manditory - they can not just add fees. You must have title insurance - it insures the title is clear (VERY IMPORTANT).  Closing cost typically around 1 - 2% of the purchase price.  I don't know what additional informaiton is needed or not needed in Ohio, but in California it would be around $1k.
