If you already signed closing docs call the title company first and tell them you are exercising your right to cancel. The right to cancel form will need to be executed as well. This should be the first call you make.

In your closing package, there should be a "right to cancel" form. There should be a phone number to the title company and lender in there. Call as well. I know sometimes when people cancel they want to avoid actually speaking with someone. However, calling to cancel assures you can get a name and title of the person you spoke with and when.



I am canceling refinance. I was planning to fax, email w/ PDF, and certified mail. Anything else?
