Ok, I couldn't resist -- being the local guy who is semi-web-savvy...
You can find at least 3 loan officers who are local who may be able to help you here:
Arizona Loan Officers
And if you need a couple of other good loan officers, here you go, I just haven't added them yet:
http://www.arizonamortgagenews.com/
http://www.bestfhalender.com/
And of course...
If you need more "good" loan officers in Arizona...
I probably know even a few more than that.
But as Randy said -- I suspect that the good ones are completely swamped.

Daniel - I would give Larry Jacobson at Clearpoint a call. Gives sound advice on the boards and seems to know his stuff. Don't know how busy he is but good is good, it shouldnt matter. Best of Luck!

How did you lose two buyers because of your LO? Sounds to me like you need to follow up with your own leads instead of relying on an LO to do it for you. Your the agent right, there your leads right, why are YOU not following up on them on a weekly basis? If I was an LO I would surely follow up on possible leads so I could generate income for myself, but if I was an agent I wouldn't rely on someone else to keep in contact with them. Just my opinion.

Danny,
Why would you want a loan officer that needs your business? That means they have no business and if that's the case they can't be very good at what they do!

Daniel, I work out of Seattle, but my company has a branch in Arizona. I'm positive that we have some loan officers that will call your leads and create repeat business relationships with them. Send me an email or give me a call and I will put you in touch.
Best Regards,
Nick Wilson

If a Loan Officer is not swamped these days, what does that say about them? Just wondering...

We have several lenders on our website database. You can view them in your area and choose which ever one is staying up to date with their rates.
